Outside of real estate, Melanie is a devoted wife and a proud mother to her two children—a special needs son and a horse-obsessed daughter. Her home is filled with love, energy, and furry companions, including Biscuit, a Boxer; Scone, an Aussiedoodle; and Lilly, a sweet bunny. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and savoring a glass of wine with friends and family.

Born and raised in Calgary, Jill has always called the northwest home, where being closer to the mountains means staying connected to one of the things she loves most. A lifelong dog lover, she has never been without a dog since she was 10 years old. Family is incredibly important to her, and she treasures the unique experience of becoming a big sister at 24 and getting to watch her younger sister grow up.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Jill has built a career rooted in helping others. Her background spans a variety of roles in the non-profit sector, including work connected to the oil and gas industry and mental health support. Along the way, she developed strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, and highly organized systems that keep projects moving smoothly. Known for her problem-solving abilities and strength in behind-the-scenes operations, Jill has also successfully led and organized many events from start to finish.

In 2020, she took the leap into entrepreneurship and launched her own Virtual Assistant business, driven by a desire to work for herself and create a business on her own terms. Today, Jill specializes in supporting Realtors, helping them streamline their businesses, stay organized, and continue to grow. She genuinely loves what she does and values the relationships she has built with her clients.

Outside of work, Jill was a competitive Highland dancer for nearly 12 years and explored many other styles of dance before finding where her heart truly belonged. She loves reading, enjoys travelling (especially when it doesn’t take her too far from home), and values quality time with friends. She feels especially grateful for the close-knit group of lifelong friends who have been part of her journey for many years.

Chantelle Unger brings over 20 years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping, supporting businesses of all sizes with organization, accuracy, and efficiency. Known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic, she takes pride in ensuring every task is completed thoroughly and on time, contributing to the overall success of the team.

After dedicating more than a decade as a stay-at-home mom, Chantelle remained actively engaged in professional and community roles. She successfully ran and supported several home-based businesses, gaining hands-on experience in operations, client service, and project coordination. Her passion for helping others succeed has been a consistent thread throughout her work.

Deeply involved in her community, Chantelle has volunteered extensively in her children’s activities, serving as a team manager, board member, and event coordinator. These roles have strengthened her leadership, communication, and organizational skills, while reinforcing her commitment to building strong relationships.

Chantelle is also a dedicated homeschooling parent to her four children, one of whom has now graduated. As her children have grown more independent, she has embraced the opportunity to return to the workforce and pursue her passion for supporting others in a professional setting.

Family and faith are central to Chantelle’s life, and she enjoys staying active with her kids and playing slow-pitch softball in her spare time. Having recently completed her Realtor Assistant Certification, Chantelle is excited to bring her skills, energy, and people-first approach to the team.
